Delivery Zones and Fees
Downtown Florist’s flower delivery areas include Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond.
Our delivery fees vary depending on the location, ensuring comprehensive coverage across cities. We strive to offer reasonable delivery fees while ensuring reliable and efficient service.

Safe & Secure Delivery
Please include your buzzer number (if needed) and a name and phone number that we can contact in the case where our delivery driver has an issue with the drop-off location to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
In the case that the recipient is not home upon the time of delivery, our experienced delivery drivers will assess the safety of the location and decide whether it is appropriate to leave the arrangement. Our delivery personnel may leave the flowers in a secure location or we may contact the recipient or sender to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Our driver will always take photos of the delivered arrangement if the recipient is not home.
Specific Time Delivery
At Downtown Florist, we are pleased to accommodate specific delivery time requests whenever possible. When placing your order, kindly provide the desired delivery time, and we will make every effort to meet your request.
Our delivery times are as follows:
For orders within downtown: 10 am to 5 pm
For orders outside downtown: 11 am to 3 pm
Please keep in mind that during peak floral holidays like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, we may have limitations on specific time requests. During these times, we will deliver your arrangement within a certain time window rather than at a specific time to ensure efficiency and that our flowers remain as fresh as possible.
Same-Day Delivery
For your convenience, we offer same-day delivery for orders in Vancouver placed before our specified cut-off time.
Our cut-off time is: Everyday before 2 p.m.
For orders outside of Vancouver, we recommend ordering one day in advance. We will try our best to meet your delivery schedule but depending on the availability of our drivers, we may need to move your delivery to the following day.
Please note that certain restrictions may apply, and availability is subject to demand.
For floral holidays such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we will not be accepting orders for same-day delivery. To ensure your order is delivered on these holidays, we recommend placing the order in advance as we have a limit on the number of deliveries we can accept for these occasions.
